We do not store full payment card numbers on Our servers. Payment information is handled directly by Our processors and governed by their privacy policies and PCI-DSS requirements.
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods unless needed for security, functionality improvement, or legal obligations. Example: billing records may be retained up to 7 years.
If You are located outside the United States, Your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

If We conduct cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., via Google, Meta, AdRoll), certain data sharing may be a “sale” or “share” under CPRA. If We cease all sale/share activity, We will update this section to reflect “We do not sell or share Personal Information.”
If the UCPA applies to Our processing activities, Utah residents may have rights to access, delete, data portability, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale of Personal Data. Our Service does not respond to DNT signals. Some third-party sites may track Your browsing activities; adjust browser settings to communicate DNT.
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If You believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact Us and We will take appropriate steps to delete it. If We rely on consent and Your country requires parental consent, We may seek parental authorization.
